Eugene Moreau, (Managing Director)

 

 

Eugene Moreau is a Certified Master Coach, entrepreneur, consultant, and communication specialist and joined Creative Future in 2017 as a Director of the Board overseeing and leading the engagement and roll out of all coaching, learning and development projects in our Human Capital Management channel. 

 

In addition to serving as Director and CMO of Creative Future, Eugene also serves on two advisory boards in the financial services industry and as a Board Trustee, leading strategic and operational change in a Community Services Trust.

 

With over 30 years in the shaping and developing of human capital and talent enhancement and having personally coached and trained over 10,000 people in 8 countries in subjects like business pitch and presentation, public speaking, leadership, customer retention, teamwork, change management and overcoming setbacks and failures, Eugene brings a deep understanding and awareness to achieving high levels of personal and business performance. 

 

Since 1991 Eugene has coached, inspired and equipped leaders to perform at a higher level in organisations like, Ernst & Young, Mainfreight, Carotrans, Healthlink NZ, 3M NZ, Westpac Financial Services, Mike Henry Insurance, Lumley Services, Credit Repair Australia, Fletcher Building, CS First Boston, Alsco NZ, New Zealand Home Loans, ANZ Bank, IRD, NZ Police and Auckland University Short Courses.

 

Eugene has coached every level of senior management in the essential soft skills areas of communication, relationship, leadership, teamwork and high performance behaviours. He has written three books on executive level communication and has produced hundreds of e-books and audio learning modules and brings over 10,000 hours of proven experience to every project and always leads from the front.
