Clayton is a technology enthusiast with great all-around technical expertise and leadership ability. He has proven ability to ensure the smooth running of ICT systems for a large organisation across multiple locations and business units. Clayton demonstrated the ability to provide IT services and solutions that will improve the efficiency and performance of a company and tier employees. He has extensive practical knowledge of server systems builds, hardware and software, cloud technologies, network support, technical support, project management, backup and security systems.
Clayton is a loyal team player, with a strong work ethic and a passion for providing solution based answers. Clayton is a critical thinker, who analyses details before providing comprehensive solutions and options. I'm a practical person, who likes to provide 'hands-on' support, both for individuals and on organisation wide projects.
Recent projects have included a custom built CRM System for a large non-profit with over 15000 members,web-based portals to manage donation collection, event registration and check-in systems. He has run Microsoft Exchange migration to Office 365 projects, have integrated the Office365 suite of tools and apps into organisations. Clayton is a keen integrator of VoIP technologies, enabling large cost-saving solutions that make to most of the latest VoIP based apps and software. He has a wide range of knowledge of reporting solutions from advanced Excel based reports, to using tools such as PowerBI or Tableau.
