Lawrence Sami CA(Aust/NZ), CPA (Aust), ACFE.

  Director - Corporate Services

Lawrence Sami founded Creative Future in 1998 to pioneer the first global financial investments venture into the South Pacific competing with the banking and financial giants such as Westpac, ANZ, Colonial, Bank of Baroda, National Bank, etc. In 2011, Lawrence launched Funding Partners as a White Label partner with Coface Finance competing with BNZ, Scottish Pacific, SH Lock in the areas of receivables factoring, export funding and insurance.

Despite his qualifications, he still values attitude and experience as the key ingredients to success in any role.  Many read books on setting vision, mission, values –Lawrence leads the charge from the front with sleeves rolled up reflecting the scars from the battle-hardened experience in executing the corporate vision. His most project fledgeling recent experience has been taking a fledgeling business of five extended across the globe in Hong Kong, Philippines, Canada, Australia, Malaysia and getting it match-fit for listing at the ASX and NZX.

He has masterminded many takeovers, mergers and acquisitions over his 35-year professional career.

A dynamic business catalyst understands that one person's vision does not fit all. His experience proves that systems, people, processes play a huge part in the

execution of the corporate vision. It’s one thing to know about them, it’s another matter to spot the distinction and to deliver the end result with what is in your hand.

Anyone can create a strategic plan but businesses fail from lack of execution and the right resources. It’s about what to execute in a market that is fluid.

Through this learning experience, he has conceptualised the business ecosystem partnership niche paradigm so that business partners not only attain distinction in growing their shareholder wealth but continually evolve to transform and hand over a worthy legacy to the next generation:

1. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).

2. Technology Redefined and Revamped (Tech)

3. Human Capital Management (HCM).

Over the last 20 years, he has rubbed shoulders with the large 4 CA firms and pitted himself with the best  to deliver optimal solutions to turnaround and  restructure organisations such as C&L, ADLS, TGE Ltd, Greenpeace

Professional Consulting Group, Charities, RV NZ and Pacific, Datamatic Group, Rapa Group, DataCol, Group, Optimizer HQ, Marshall Carriers, NGOs, and many others, in various different capacities.
